Students enroll in international schools tend to have higher requirements for training. Class supervisor is the organizer and leader of a class. Therefore, they need to be a model for students and have a positive influence on them. For example, for students who are poor in academic achievements but good at speech, we will advise him to participate in various speech contests, including international competitions, to strengthen his confidence by highlighting his strengths, thus help him develop in other aspects.

In addition, we find in our work that when we deliver positive expectations to someone, it will make him make progress faster. Conversely, if we pass negative expectations to someone, it might make him abandon himself and give up his efforts. When a student makes a mistake, we can’t blame him or call his parents directly, which makes him offensive and will not solve the problem. It is normal for students to make mistakes. Class supervisors need to treat them equally without giving privileges to students with good grades. We will communicate with the students who make mistakes, let the students explain the situation and their own ideas first, and then analyze and discuss it with them, guide them to solve their problems. This is far better than simple and rude criticism or big words.
