【Highlights】IVY Open Day—Experience Sharing Session by Doctorfrom University of Cambridge

Preface:

“What is your school like?”A lot of people asked this question. We are also thinking what might be the perfect answer. In our view, thousands of words can’t compare with one firsthand experience.  

Last Saturday, Open Day was held as scheduled. It is the first campus open activity in this semester, and also the best opportunity for students and parents to understand international education, international school and Weihai Ivy. We have prepared abundant and wonderful activities such as scientific experimental exhibition, experience sharing session by Cambridge Doctor and interview simulation, which received extensive praise.

The day of activity was drizzling, but there were still more than a hundred of students from other schools and parents coming here. Here, I want to express our thanks to students, parents and friends who were present that day.

Highlights of Experience Sharing Session by Doctor from University of Cambridge：

Two doctors from University of Cambridge, Miss Anna and Mr. Sundararajan shared their experience in studying abroad and showed them tips for applying for elite schools. In the interaction link, they gave detailed answers to questions raised by everyone, and showed them logic argument and academic connotation cultivated by western top institutions.

Highlights of Interview Simulation：

Two Cambridge doctors and interviewer of Ivy leagues of the United States Aquila Lee carried out “interview simulation” to students. They offered professional guidance, imparted interview skills and helped them in future university application through observing and analyzing students’ FAQ performance and answer during interview in foreign university.
